On June 21, Vince and Monica Strawbridge — along with their kids, Georgie (14), Henry (15), June (17), and Aiden (19) — became the largest family ever to complete the Triple Crown of hiking: trekking the complete lengths of the Appalachian Trail, The Continental Divide Trail, and the Pacific Crest Trail.

On Thursday, September 2, we will talk live with the Strawbridges about why they took on this challenge (and how they got their kids on board!) and how they believe it improved their mental well being and happiness.

Join us as we explore the relationship between wilderness, hiking, and mental health; discuss the theory and the benefits of wilderness therapy, and learn how to survive your family when you can’t take a break from them.

This webinar is FREE but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
