Hike the Good Hike

Beginning July 1, Jesse Cody, founder and director of Hike the Good Hike (HTGH), will spend 10 weeks tackling 1,300 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail to raise money and awareness for The Youth Mental Health Project.

Jesse’s personal journey – from hopeless and suicidal to powerful wilderness and mental health advocate – is as inspiring as his hiking challenge. Follow along with us all summer to learn about Jesse’s journey, the change he is trying to make in the world, and how you can be a part of it.

Together, we will build a world where people are just as aware of their mental health as they are of their physical health, and where all families have access to the mental health care and support they need!

·      Make a contribution to support Jesse’s effort and The Youth Mental Health Project!

·      Check out our Hike the Good Hike events, happening all summer!
