Director of Special Initiatives
- Lisa’s connection to The Youth Mental Health Project began when she attended a meeting of The Parent Support Network in 2016. At the time, she had not met another parent who had faced the same challenges she was facing raising a child with mental health disorders. Feeling incredibly relieved to find she was not alone, the meetings became an invaluable resource for her and her family.
Inspired to help others, Lisa earned her Certificate in Positive Psychology at the Flourishing Center in New York City in September 2019 and became a Positive Psychology Practitioner. Shortly after, Lisa became a Certified Facilitator of The Parent Support Network.
- She has brought her passion and energy for supporting parents, families, and communities to The Youth Mental Health Project and will be leading many important initiatives including training, virtual support meetings, and community events.
Lisa spent 12 years in trading, operations, and risk management at JP Morgan and UBS before leaving banking to raise her children. Always happiest when active and helping others, she became heavily involved in volunteer work with several organizations and has had stints as a swim instructor, triathlete, dog walker, and event planner.
Lisa lives in Westchester, New York, with her husband, her 3 children, and her beloved flat-coated retriever. She enjoys family, friends, CrossFit, hiking, and fun.
