Understanding Youth Mental Health – Questions Parents Frequently Ask

Just like physical health we all have mental health. Most people are generally unaware of the fact that children’s emotions and behaviors CAN BE signs that they are struggling with their mental health. It can be difficult to know when behaviors are signs of concern and when they are simply typical phases or stages of development. We researched the answers to questions commonly asked by concerned caregivers about their children’s mental health and created a comprehensive booklet called Understanding Youth Mental Health – Questions Parents Frequently Ask.

Mental Health lies on a continuum and can shift, change and evolve throughout life.
